Vacuum tube solar water heaters

The characteristic of Non-Pressure Series vacuum tube solar water heaters
Model: JNG
Using a thermosiphon
vacuum tube solar water heater systems is an excellent way to start saving on your domestic hot water heating bills. The tank must be above the collector, so the thermosiphon phenomenon can occur, circulation water from collector to tank.

Advantages:
1. Can he operated completely automatic if connect with intelligent solar controller.
2. Simple structure, easy plug-in installation, can be installed both on flat and inclined roof, and can be used with an
auxiliary electric booster as to provide tot water without sunshine.
3. Superior heat preservation ensured by one-off molding polyurethane foam with thickness 50 65mm.
4. Suitable for camping area, holiday residences.
5. stable and reliable performance, well wind resistance.
6. Meet the mankind healthy bath standard: The material of inner tank is SUS304-2B stainless steel plate; the silica
gel ring sealing has a long life against the erosion and it ie not harmful to health.

The details of material:
Evacuated tube: High quality borosilicate glass 3.3, F47×1500, F58×1800
Inner tank:SUS304-2B stainless steel plate
Outer tank: Enamel steel plate
Insulating layer: Polyurethane foam
Bracket: Galvanized steel plate
Capacity of tank: 30L- 360L

The principle of vacuum tube solar water heater

Vacuum tube solar water heaters are devices which utilize the solar energy to heat the water from cold to hot, so they are solar products. Vacuum tube solar water heaters are made up of all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes which have function to change the solar energy to heat energy, storage water tank, stand and interrelated accessories. It is well-known that the temperature of the surface facing sun is high, while the other surface is low. So that water in the tubes has different temperature, and the warmer water rises while colder water sinks which leads to circulation and at last the needed hot water produced.
The Vacuum tube solar water heaters are one of large industries depending on the application solar energy. They supply pro-environment, energy-saving, safe and sanitary new water heaters for common people; solar water heaters are energy-saving equipments which absorb the radiant heat energy of sun, heater the cold water for people in daily life and production.

System composition
Vacuum tube

Vacuum tube is the collecting energy Component in the system which has the same function as electric tube in electric water heater. But the difference between solar water heater and electric water heater and gas water heater is that the solar water heater absorbs the radiant heat energy of sun, therefore, the time of heating must be in the sun shining day.
Insulating water tank
Insulating water tanks of solar water heaters are the same as those of electric water heaters in storage of water. we know  the solar water heaters work at daytime, while people usually use the hot water at night, so the hot water produced in daytime must be stored by insulating water tanks. The capacity of the tank is the sum of the volume   water people should use at night. The Insulating water tanks of solar water heaters are good at heat preservation, corrosion-resistant, anti-pollution and has long service life as above 15 years
Stand
The material of stand is the thickening and widening galvanized steel sheet. The stand is beautiful in appearance, high in strength, and is bolt joined, besides, it is convenient to transport and install .what’s more, it has strong ability of wind and corrosion resistance

The work principle of vacuum tube solar water heater
heat absorption?microcirculation?Insulating water tank?control system?user
Vacuum tube solar water heater utilizes the vacuum tube collectors to absorb heat, realizing the maximum exchange from light to heat., and then deliveries the hot water to insulating water tank via microcirculation, at last to the user by specialized pipeline. Control system automatically controls the water to deliver to tank by control valve and controller. The auxiliary electric booster installed in the tank is automatically used in cloudy, rainy, and snowy weather, so it can save 90% energy

Function of environmental protection
Every square meter of flat solar collector can produce so much heat equal to 2.5 degree electric energy on average in a normal sunshine day. And it can save about 250 kilos of standard coal every year and reduce more than 700 kilos of CO2 .  the wide use of solar water heater, including hot water in life and heating system, will save a lot of money as the same time must immensely improve the condition of global pollution

Heat Pipe Solar Collector

The characteristic of Heat Pipe Solar Collectors 1) Reliable, efficient, twin-glass evacuated tubes.
2) Red copper(TU1) heat pipes, The water is heated by the heat pipe rapidly.
3) There is no water in the vacuum tube,so the tube will not break in the winter.
4) It can be combined with the architecture perfectly, standard frame suitable for pitched roof or flat roof .
5) It can be combined with existing pipeline.
6) Significant advantages over flat plate.
7) Can be used all year round in the cold climate.
8) Improves the environment and save your fuel cost.

The Principle of Thermosyphon

Metal Heat Pipe Solar Collector consists of a vacuum tube, a heat pipe, a metal heat absorption wing and the connecting manifold. The metal heat absorption wing with selective absorption coating converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers it medium liquid inside. The vacuum between the two glass tubes works as insulation. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condenser. When passing through the heat exchanger, the heat is absorbed and the temperature is lowed, and the vapor becomes liquid, returns to the base of the heat pipe. This transference of heat is a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

Product Applications
1) Domestic, industrial and commercial heating use
2) Suitable for open or closed Loop (glycol-water)
3) Space heating
4) Caravan Parks, Hotels, Schools, Public Showers/Kitchens , Restaurants
5) For large scale water heating
